HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? Standard deliveries generally take 5 to 7 business days, which may extend to 7 to 10 business days during promotional sales. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the following working day. For prepaid orders, standard payment verification is required before processing. Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details (please ensure you check your spam or junk folder).

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES? We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs. 249 for orders under Rs. 2500. Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders valued at Rs. 2500 and above!

WHICH COURIER WILL DELIVER THE ORDER? Couriers are assigned based on your delivery area and the nature of the shipment. You will receive an email containing the exact courier name and your tracking information as soon as the package leaves our facility.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY? If you are unavailable, the package will be held at the courier's local hub. The rider will attempt to call you for coordination, and delivery will be re-attempted up to two more times. If the package remains uncollected after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

ORDER CANCELLATION For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will make a maximum of two confirmation calls; if left unattended, the order will be cancelled. As a customer, you can request a cancellation at any point before the order is processed by our team.
